Sharan Sekhon

Attorney

Sharan began her tax career in two of the Big Four accounting firms (Deloitte and PwC) and further honed her expertise at a large law firm (Sheppard Mullin). She has a unique blend of tax accounting, business law, and estate planning.

A personal experience with her grandparents’ passing led her to focus her tax and business law background toward estate planning and wealth transfer strategies. She witnessed difficulties that arose during the administration of her grandparents’ estate, which ignited her commitment to help families obtain the necessary tools to preserve their legacies, protect their estates for loved ones, and provide peace of mind during times of transition.

Sharan’s understanding of corporate/business/tax issues coupled with her estate planning background enables her to be that trusted advisor for private family business clients. She understands the business needs of such companies and can create a tax efficient succession plan to maintain the family’s legacy. Throughout her career progression, she has refined her ability to resolve complex challenges, handle high-stakes negotiations, and deliver practical, results-driven solutions for her clients.
