Family Law Paralegal
Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson is seeking an experienced paralegal to join its Family Law Practice Group. Minimum requirement for the position includes 3-5 years of solid Family Law paralegal experience. Candidates must have experience in assisting lawyers in preparing a case from client intake to trial with everything in-between: drafting motions, discovery preparation including interrogatory responses, requests for production, and subpoenas. They will have experience in preparing cases for mediation/settlement and/or trial including preparation of proposed final orders, joint statement of evidence, ER904 disclosures, and witness lists. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong research and writing skills, superior client service and interpersonal skills, proven organization skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and strong PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and FamilySoft.
